Mentors and referee coaches (formerly assessors and instructors) provide instruction and dynamic feedback during games to referees.  They guide new referees through the grassroots program and field session while helping referees grow and improve to referee higher level games.

All referee mentors and referee coaches should have their credentials on them. These credentials have their name, picture, SRC logo and information that they are licensed.
