NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE REFEREE COMMITTEE

Overview

The New Hampshire State Referee Committee (NHSRC) seeks to promote the training and ongoing education of soccer officials under the Laws of the Game as amended by the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), The International Football Association Board (IFAB) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), as well as promote the safety, equality and enjoyment of the sport of soccer throughout the State of New Hampshire.  The NHSRC is responsible for the administration, registration, development, and evaluation of U.S. Soccer Referees in the state of New Hampshire.

2026 Recertification is Open

Complete your license recertification today!

To be eligible to referee in 2026, every referee that held an active referee license in 2025 needs to complete the U.S. Soccer Recertification for their license level. NH completes all licensing requirements through the U.S. Soccer Learning Center. Login to your profile to complete your recertification to be eligible to referee in 2026.
