Grassroots Futsal Referee Online Course Explanation
This NEW First Time Futsal Referee course is completely online and asynchronous. In order to register and take the course, you must create a profile (if you don’t already have one) in the US Soccer Learning Center.
Referees will need to click on “courses”, “available courses”, “Futsal/Beach”, and select the “First Time Grassroots Futsal Referee” Course. You should then follow the instructions to register for the course.
In order to complete the course, you must complete all the requirements in the ‘Assignments’ tab for the course in the US Soccer Learning Center. Additionally, they must complete all the course modules at the following link (which is also given on the course information page):
Most modules are only about 5-10 minutes long.
At the end of each module is a quiz. To pass, they must get 100% on the quiz at the end. If they do not get 100%, they will need to repeat the module and retake the quiz until they get 100%.
It is important that the name the individual lists for each module match the name in the US Soccer Learning Center so that the two systems can be matched.
Once the individual completes all 17 modules with a 100% on the quiz and completes all the assignments listed within the US Soccer Learning Center, they should email referee@nhreferee.org indicating they have completed all their requirements and to have their license approved.
Once the license is approved information will be sent on how to receive a badge. The license will be good through Dec. 31, 2021.
