Mentors and referee coaches (formerly assessors and instructors) provide instruction and dynamic feedback during games to referees.  They guide new referees through the grassroots program and field session while helping referees grow and improve to referee higher level games.

Effective Jan. 1, 2020 all mentors and coaches will have credentials on them with their name, picture, SRC logo and information that they are licensed.
