This session focuses on recognizing and judging handball situations as part of the U.S. Refereeing Way.

Using video examples and match situations, the session will walk through how referees evaluate potential handball offences during play. The discussion will focus on recognizing key indicators, understanding player actions, and applying the Laws of the Game with clear and confident decision making.

Particular attention will be given to arm position, player movement, and the impact of the action on play. The aim is to support referees in making consistent and credible handball decisions during matches.
