IMPORTANT REMINDER: US Soccer Game Reports

As the fall season is now in progress just a reminder a US Soccer Referee Game Report must be sent to the league and SRA (sra@nhreferee.org) whenever the following occurs:

  • Serious Injury (if in doubt report the injury) – also need supplemental form
  • Caution (Yellow Card)
  • Send-Off (Red Card) – also need supplemental form
  • Other significant events (such as game delay/termination due to weather, dismissal of a coach, field issues, etc.) – also need supplemental form

If the league has an online form you may forward the copy you receive or obtain at Forms – NH Soccer Referees (nhreferee.org)
