Along with in-person opportunities, the New Hampshire State Referee Committee offers Continuing Education Video Analysis Polls. These polls are designed to support the growth and development of referees by providing interactive learning opportunities. Sample Supplemental Game Report:

In the ##’ minute of the match, The Orange’s player #10 John Doe was shown the red card and sent off for violent conduct. Play was stopped after The Blue’s #6 Adam Adams committed a holding offence near midfield. In response to Adams holding Doe, Doe used his elbow and arm to strike Adams in the head. Doe left the field in a timely manner, without causing any further incidents. Play was restarted with a direct free kick to The Orange’s.

**Please note, Supplemental Reports are required for sending-off offences, serious injury, spectator issues, field of play issues, game delays, and/or verbal and/or physical abuse to a match official. A Referee Game Report listing the cautioned and sent-off player(s) should be submitted to the league and NH SRA along with the Supplemental Report. **
