New Hampshire State Referee Committee and Ref Insight

The New Hampshire State Referee Committee has approved the purchase of Ref Insight (refinsight.com), a modern referee-assigning platform designed to improve consistency, transparency, and efficiency across New Hampshire.

Approved at the SRC meeting on July 20, 2026, Ref Insight will be available to all league assignors, recreation and competitive, at no cost for the upcoming season. The platform is intended to streamline assigning, improve communication, and create a more unified experience for referees working across multiple leagues.

Key features include real-time referee registration checks through a U.S. Soccer API connection, improved statewide visibility into assignments, and flexible assigning options, including continued support for self-assigning where appropriate.

To support a smooth transition, the SRC will provide setup assistance and answer questions for leagues interested in adopting the platform. The SRC believes this will be a step forward in referee development and league operations.
