Referee Evaluation Forms Updated – US Soccer

For those referees looking to upgrade or maintain a Regional or National Referee License:

New Regional & National Referee Evaluation Forms were launched July 1, 2024. These new Forms are designed to provide a more consistent approach to referee feedback and development across the US. The Evaluation Forms prepare referees for the demands of top-level matches while also preparing them for the expectations of PRO.

Trainings on these new Evaluation Forms were held by the Referee Department’s Education and Development staff.

The new Forms and Handbooks can be found on the Learning Center, (under Resources). Please see the PDF versions of the new evaluation forms below! Hyperlinks and downloadable files can also be found on the US Soccer Learning Center under resources, with Q&A’s coming soon!
