NH Referees attend 2022 USYS Eastern Presidents Cup
The 2022 US Youth Soccer Eastern Presidents Cup took place June 17-21 at the Barboursville Soccer Complex in Barboursville, West Virginia. The event featured boys and girls teams in the 13U through 19U age groups who competed for a regional championship and a spot at the 2022 US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup, July 7-10.
As always, the teams weren’t the only ones competing at the event. Referees from all members associations of the Eastern Region participated in the event as a way to develop their skills and hopefully earn the right to represent the Eastern Region at the 2022 US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The New Hampshire State Referee Committee was proud to once again bring an experienced referee delegation to the event. The following individuals represented NH at this year’s event:

- Kendra Santoro – Referee
- Tristan DeBlois – Referee
- William Jones – Referee
- Matthew Ferguson – Referee
In addition to these referees, we would also like to thank Frank Scarito (SYRA) for his time and dedication to the Eastern Region as he serves on the East Region Referee Committee. Frank spends endless hours working to improve the referee committee here at home in NH as well as in the Eastern Region.
Of the referees from our State, we need to congratulate Elena Dauphinais and Kendra Santoro as they were selected to attend this year’s US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup as representative referees from the Eastern Region (and of course NH)! Congratulations Ladies!
